No feedback system in WTS
 

I have sold a few items on this forum and Jan's forum. In short term, no other items for sale.

Currently, WTS column misses a buyer feedback feature. No mechanism to track transaction result. Can a feature like this be added?

I like the idea, but where/how would you add this feature??? Does vBulletin offer such a feature???

Thought it again. Actually, no feedback is good feedback.

Some people got feedback, so far, according to my observation, that's not a good sign. For example, Lugerman, lots of feedbacks,,,, that's not a good sign.

No feedback is implicitly positive :)

yes, it can be added. CMP had it, but with so many people complaining to the mods, it was dropped.

Other sites have a separate forum for good and bad comments.

That said, we receive complaints only a couple times a year, so I do not personally want to monitor one more thing. Thats my opinion, but others may be willing to monitor it.

Anyone that thinks it can run by itself is not aware of the extra work of one more forum.

Asking, because nice C&Rs are "big-ticket" items. Doing transaction on internet involving thousands of dollars could be dangerous for buyers. Sellers usually OK, because the paycheck rarely being wrong. Buyers, different story. A feedback system could help buyers better by checking old transactions before making decision. I guess most of us play both buyer and seller role, so, helpful to everyone.
