Impulsive buying

Have not bought any gun for a while, due to lack of funding. Thought about getting one -- no long term plan, so it's definitely emotional -- I saw this 1930 and I felt that I like it, so I bought it. Seller claimed it's unfired, I checked, that's probably true. That's it for 2014.

Here it is (the front one):

Coming with gun are a few pages, I am not sure where they were copied, from the book "Handgun of the World", maybe (?) Previous owner obviously did some research on this one, compared this 1930 with the pictured prewar small ring in a book, and made some notes on their differences! He did nice finding work.

Thanks for the appreciation of this gun and stock!

After these years of collecting, I felt surprised that I am still fancy on M1930. Back some years ago, I started collecting this type of pistol... a collector acquired a 1930 from another collector, but the new owner changed his mind, so he transferred it to me (upper one). It was in great shape, also coming with proper stock. I was satisfied on it for years. But whenever I saw pristine 1930s on market, there is still a cat scratching in mind.

Not that lucky, these two 30s are not consecutively numbered. But the s/n are not very far away. Probably made in 1936.

That's a nice M30.
Congratulations.
