I have feeling this is reproduction; I've not seen such stamp!
If confirmed that it is a reproduction, is it a good one? as a filler? thanks in advance, Cody.

The holes on the straps of the German III Reich Luger holsters has to be oval and the stitches of the pull strap on the backsite are never in this kind. I think it will not have a marker stamp or a date. It is a repro.

Yes, reproduction.

Now you have three who concur... reproduction for sure.

An unusual reproduction though..you don't often see them made of pigskin. The front & back body and at least one belt loop look to be piggy.

The repros seem to be getting a little bit better. It is almost as if there are some deliberate flaws included so that sharp individuals can spot them as repros.

thread looks synthentic

Thread is likely nylon..like kite string. repros seem to be getting a little bit better..Yes I have seen very accurate reproduction holsters but this is not one of them!

Cody

I'm afraid it is a reproduction, and a pretty well made I would say, what a pity though!
As time is passing by, originals are getting more and more scarce, so people seem to try harder in making better fakes.

My 2 cents

Sergio

the 2 stitches of the pull out strap are usually closer to one belt loop and mostly are a continuous line of stitching. this repro holster has the 2 stitching lines holding the pull out strap out in the middle between the belt loops

look at this one on ebay
