1936 Date S/42 Code Luger Restoration

This is one of those that many will say "leave it as it is" but my client elected to send it direct from the Luger dealer to me to have it Rust Blued/straw and fire blue small parts. Anyone recognize the right side frame ear tag?

Again,I think to me it's some sort of work of art.

Ted,
Is that one of Ralph's old tags?

Sergio, I think that statement could apply to the Luger itself! ...or Ted Green's handiwork!

That Luger turned out beautiful. To me, if an owner wants to restore a less than nice Luger, and does a beautiful job, I see nothing wrong with it. Others will disagree, but in this Country, we all can state our opinion.
