If it's 115 -124 gr and no +p or +p+, it might be worth a try. With the shelves empty and the ability to order online gone, we in NY State are kinda hurtin'. I've been waiting to try out some 124 gr ammo, but I've never seen it for sale locally, but my FFL has some reloads with this bullet weight, so I'm going to hit him up for some. The name of the reloading outfit is "Zero", and you send them empty brass. He says it took them over a year to process and ship his reloads. It is about half the current price of WWB.

If I were you I would first have my Luger properly checked by a serious amourer. Personally I use 9mm ammunitions at the range only on modern Beretta 98. Remember that it's not really advisable to use modern high speed high power cartridges in pre WWI Lugers as they might be rather unsafe to shoot. Sergio |
Ok thanks for that info guys. Since writing this post, I've read every post in this section pertaining to safe loads for DWM. I have decided to try the WWB 115 gr. So far I've used Federal, Blazer and Tula. DWM and I both liked the Federal and Blazer the best. Im not that interested in accuracy. I just like to shoot and keep us intact.
Thanks again. |

Another brand that I use in my Lugers is PMC 115gr FMJ. It is not expensive, and functions very well for me. The WWB and Federal brands function well also, but not always easy to locate.
