I came across this aged little box of ammo. I think its Swiss! Any help for ID would be helpful~~Eric

Probably for the Swiss Ordnance revolver. Would need a close up of the head stamp to ID the manufacturer. TH

I hope this is OK!

Made in 1960. 31.10.60 is the date of manufacture, IIRC.
Here are some more examples of Swiss boxes: |
The Swiss are very informative on their headstamps and box labels.

Nice boxes. These were made in Finland by Lapua for Interarms. They used military style boxes which received a fresh 'Interarms' label. Often, the old military label is still underneath :)

Here is an example of a Lapua box with the Interarms label, and one with the Interarms label carefully removed using some alchohol swabs.

I use to wonder what RWS stood for; "Rheinisch Westfälischen Sprengstoff Fabriken." Roughly translated to English; "Rhine River Explosive Works."
