Dehumidifier for safe

Just got my long awaited gun safe. (6'X4'x3') Would now like to protect all the goodies. Including three Lugers and three C96's. Which dehumidifier would you gentlemen recommend? I live in Florida. Thank you, Hugh

I use a goldenrod dehumidifier and also one of those larger desiccant boxes along with it. Seems to work well for me. I also would not purchase and other brand on rod. I use a cheaper one at first and it shorted out inside my safe. Thankfully there was no damage.

I simply use dissicant bags, they have worked ok so far.

I use DampRid. I have heard people say that some dessicants can emit corrosive vapors, but I have used DampRid for about 15 years and haven't seen any adverse effects. The safe is in a combined basement/shop/garage, and I also have a dehumidifier running at all times. It's a pretty large, open basement, but a simple floor model is able to keep the humidity at 35% or so.

When I'm really bored, I like to put a humidifier and a dehumidifier in the same room and watch them fight it out.

Dehumidifier in the room, and goldenrod in the safe. No corrosion in years...
