Doubtless a nice guy, but do you want to tell THE WHOLE WORLD you are a big gun collector? Not in this day and age I would not. I was robbed of 25K worth of antiques in 1979. I discovered the police could care less, other than filling out paperwork. Also you might be raided by some cop who wants to look good on TV, it happens all the time in CA. The person concerned is usually lucky to get away with his life.

A truly impressive collection, some really rare and outstanding condition examples. But I admit that it was really disturbing to see very expensive guns just tossed together in a bin. And the guy that was handling the guns showed little concern on how he was rattling them around…no more care than if he was handling pots and pans.

I notice that too Ron, there was a couple of very rare and expencive revolvers in a bucket of some kind.. But it may just be a wrong impression.

Anyway, it's far better than deactivation/melting down.

Also bothersome I thought was that he was not wearing gloves as he handled those rare and expensive old firearms, I cringe at the thought of what the acid on his hands would do to the bare metal over time.
