Price check, refinished 1920 DWM
Pistol looks great, but it is an obvious and seller stated refinish. $900.

Hi Zorba, I purchased a 1920's Commercial from Ed Tinker about a year and a half ago that was beautifully refinished, including all the parts that should be strawed redone, truly a great looking shooter for $600. total. Hope this helps.

Particularly if it is .30, that $900 figure strikes me as a bit high, but not too bad. $750 sounds more accurate, but if there are no other choices, then you my have to chose.

agree with Lon and David - I would want to pay $700-$800 for a 30 Luger
if it comes with some shooter mags (more than one) than that helps, or some ammo $900 seems high to me - for that amount I would want one in original finish |

I'm sure what I'm going to say couldn't interest you that much, but here in Italy a "very good" shooter in good conditions as well I think wouldn't cost less than the equivalent of about 1000.00 USD In your case it would probably depend on the state of the barrel and how well it was refinished. Safe shooting! |
Since the average Italian citizen can't own a 9mm Para pistol, the 7.65Ps are more in demand. Tom

Probably going to pass on this one anyway - I asked for, and received, pictures of the rear toggle area from above. Something's up in this area. Don't know if its crud, blued over damage, or rust - although it looks like rust to me. Asked the seller "what's up with this?" - no reply as yet.
So... "I don't think so!"... |
