1934 Zn15 holster
Hello! I am new to this forum and new to Lugers. Last summer I bought a 1920 commercial that came with a military holster ( I think). It is marked on the inside of the holster with "Carl Heinichen" over "Dresden" over "1934". Slightly below this is what appears to be an eagle stamp with down pointing wings. Directly below this is a "Zn 15" stamp. The holster has a pocket for a take down tool with an additional flap sharing the that shares the small pockets round keeper. Also a place that looks configured for a cleaning rod.
On the outside of the holster, under the flap, it is marked with a large 4 digit sequence. Any help at all on what exactly this is would be appreciated! |
welcome to the forum
can you provide pictures? Most holsters of that time period I think are usually stamped on the rear. A picture would show us if its an army or a police holster. Ed |
Thank you for your help. It will take me a couple of days to get clear pictures, then i'll put them up.
