Suggested Luger/P08 dealers

Did a search of this site and got a few suggestions but old posts. I'd appreciate some inputs on suggested dealers Internet and otherwise. I am kind of hesitant to by a Luger/P08 on Gun Broker especially given the high prices of these firearms. I have no problem paying good money I just want a dealer or dealers that are tust worthy. I've been collecting firearms for years but never Lugers. The first purchase always gets me a little nervous.

Suggested Dealers

I recently bought my first Luger from Legacy Collectables in Paoli, PA. Like you I have had many guns but was new to the world of Lugers. The gun was exactly as described and they shipped very quickly. I would do business with them again. A+ service.

your best bet would be to buy from here on the forum by posting a WTB... however, the 3 i recommend for comparison are :

Phoenix Investment Arms

Simpson LTD
http://www.simpsonltd.com/index.php?...735b476e8af0eb

Legacy Collectibles
http://www.legacy-collectibles.com/new-items

I always rather deal with advanced collectors of Lugers that have a double they're willing to part with

thanks to your recommendation Ron, last night midnight WI time, Charlie returned my call and we made a sweet deal  He's definitely very fair and very nice to deal with :thumbup:
he told me he just put up several early model C96, broomhandles, etc..

I bought my first Kriegoff holster from Charlie dated to the gun. If you don't like something just return it, no questions asked!~~Eric
