1939 Karl bocker navy proofed
Hey everyone
Well I arrived back home after a tdy from Corpus Christi to see that my navy proofed Karl bocker holster had it to the house. I bought this from a guy on the still forum, it is properly marked, but the naval proof is a light stamp I knew what I was buying. Stitching looks good, looks to be all original. I kinda bought this on impulse so I hope I did good. I think I did anyways. What do you guys use to protect the leather? And I know never to leave the pistol in the holster. Now I have a proper holster for my 1940 navy. Pics are on the way http://i31.photobucket.com/albums/c3...1380769052.jpg http://i31.photobucket.com/albums/c3...1380769050.jpg http://i31.photobucket.com/albums/c3...1380769090.jpg |

Denis..a very interesting holster! No/very little slant to the belt loops! You don't see that very often on an original holster.
Cheesy, Nice one! If it were mine I would carefully spot dye it and a light coat of lanolin. Put a wooden mag in the magazine pouch and a leather spacer in the belt loops to keep it all in beautiful shape. Nice holster. |
Thanks here are a few more pics of mine
