Opinions on this holster
It's a 1940 genschow price 299 is this a good deal or not?

While it appears complete, (no indication if the pull-tab or tool pouch is present), it has been repaired and is not particularly scarse or rare. Condition is average.
From other prices I've seen, Id say closer to $225 than $299. |

Thanks again for you good insight, and fast response. I sent the seller a message with my offer. |
WW2 GERMAN ORIGINAL LUGER HOLSTER. Very good condition.Production year 1940.Maker-GENSCHOW & Co BERLIN.All stiches are intact.Nice period item
pretty obvious the seller is blind. Both belt loops are fixing to go AWOL. At least the left one already has..Or worse..it has been taken from it's original mooring and restitched? |
That's ebay for ya. Some people think they can get top dollar for an item no matter the condition. I might pass and wait for ww2 navy marked holster to cross my path. One recently sold on ebay for over 450 bucks. And one on stills forums a seller is asking 800'bucks I do believe, but his in much nicer condition. The navy's are so expensive. What manufacture actually made the navy's holster during ww2?

I believe this man is considering buying a military holster. He doesn't say he is looking to buy a Navy model.

I am looking to buy a navy holster if one came my way. I was just looking at army style for my year because the navy's are hard to come by.
