Just wanted to show this FN (AKA Browning) model 1922 that recently found a new home.:)
The markings and the condition where intriguing.

Here is what I have been able to find out. Please correct me if wrong.
It is a post war production from@1947?
Per the markings it was issued to the German Railway Police in the US sector of occupied Germany. It is import marked E.S.I. Milford,NH,and came in a FN marked box, numbered to the gun.
Condition seems almost new, very slight holster(box?) wear. Shoots great, more accurate then me!
Some questions for you experts.
What style of holster would be correct for this gun, to match who it was issued to?
What else(if anything) came in the box?
Who are E.S.I. importers??
Does anyone know who would have a cleaning rod for this gun? I think it is the same rod as a Model 1910 Browning pocket pistol uses.
Thanks for the help guys!

Most 1922 Brownings were used by the Luftwaffe and used the Luftwaffe style holster, brown or black, but post war I don't know.

Perhaps this other style that was also used:
