I noticed this unit contained in Fred Datig's 'The Luger Pistol' and wondered if they are legal??~~Eric

You have to have a special license to own one...kind of like the process for owning a machine gun.

No license, just a local LEO sign-off or in its absence, a Corporation or trust. As Ron points out, all similar to obtaining an MG.

I've owned MGs And suppressors for over 25 years and have never even been asked to see my paperwork.
