OT-British markings?

Can anyone identify the markings on the back of this pocket watch made by DOXA [swiss made]?

Hate to post a non-Luger question but don't know where to go with it?

Re: OT-British markings?

And the arrow at the top is the "Broad Arrow" used on all British Government property (a property mark). It was used on marker stones to mark boundaries of British Government land and on equipment.
