Wrong Trigger on .45

I have been busy since I got back and hadn't paid much attention to the picture on the forum of my Mike Krause .45.... Mike Halbrook's observation that the trigger is wrong is absolutely correct. However, the picture isn't of the .45, it is of my 1902 American Eagle Fat Barrel!! Sorry I didn't pick up on it sooner. From the angle it was taken, it is easy to see how the two could be confused. So, G.T., the mystery that you couldn't explain why the hook didn't show up on the picture is now explained.

Re: Wrong Trigger on .45

That DOES explain it. I thought it was odd myself since Krause's .45s are exact. Thanks for clearing that up.

How's that old saying go...."Don't believe anything you hear, and...

only half of what you see"! Thanks Ron, I figured something like that, but as I didn't know what it was, I thought I would leave well enough alone!! Both are beautiful examples of the Luger pistol!!! till...later...G.T.

I believe there is a slight difference in the grip angle of the .45 Lugers and the standard Luger.

Grip Angle

Another good eye in the crowd! You are right Johnny. The .45 grip is about 5 degrees more vertical than the standard Luger. By the way, sorry for dropping the s on your name in my posting to you.
