Toggle Bevel

I know this is not a big deal, but I have noticed Erfurt Toggle (the front one) usually have a bigger bevel or chamfer on the top or the sides that does a DWM toggle

Good eye! I wouldn't have noticed if you hadn't pointed it out. It looks like the bevel is radiused onto the top of the toggle rather than the more distinct edge of the DWM bevel.

Ron, I remember Charles Kenyon in "Lugers at Random" spoke of the Simson Toggle Links. "while toggle links actually made by Simson are more masive and lack the slightly beveled edges noted on DWM or ERFURT examples." Referring to the thoought that Simson reworked some of the DWM and ERFURT toggles remarking them. Food for thought! ~Thor~
