Seems to me that it should be in the $500 ballpark. What you you thinking of paying?

ok a few more, help me out on this one, never owned a .30 before, but this one i see as solid, but not all original, he has had it for sale for over a year for 1000.00

padredan 02-19-2013 03:31 PM

i put it about the 500. to 550. range the way it is, not sure what date it is

padredan 02-19-2013 03:36 PM

he thinks it is worth the 1000.00 range, like i said been forsale in his shop for 1000.00 for over a year

A mismatched .30 Luger Alphabet Commercial? I think $500 is generous.

about that, it's on a trade, doubt we are anywhere close, like i said he has had it for sale over a year, anybody know what date it is, allso check the notchs in the left grip.

I must say..I agree with Marc. $500 would be absolute top of the scale in my book..That's if it will test fire a couple of magazines of .30 with NO problems. Even then I would be much more inclined towards $400. It's just not a pistol anyone will be wild about when you go to sell it.

padredan 02-19-2013 04:23 PM

true and the price keeps on dropping/lol

and here is the colt king cobra he wants to trade even for/lol.

Your colt king cobra is worth about $800-1000 more than the Luger you have been offered. If you sell your colt king cobra outright you could buy yourself a very respectable example of a Luger. I would stay away from this dealer. He is not your Friend.

actualy he is, just clueless on lugers. i have gotten several real nice ones from him , somehow he just thinks he has another 1000.00 luger, my king cobra has a retail of about 1100.00 told him we are way apart, it's 600.00 difference or pony up something else i like worth 600.00 more, anyone know the date on this commercial? thanks

padredan 02-20-2013 09:15 AM

Let me send you $400 for the King Cobra

I am not so cheap as these guys, ANY luger that looks decent is worth more than $500, I think $600

That said, it is harder to sell one later, unless willing to take close to that amount.

Would make a nice shooter and obviously, the cheaper you can get it the better.

Although those three notches on the grips are intriguing.......

padredan 02-21-2013 02:37 PM

yes for surre, makes you wonder

padredan 02-23-2013 10:26 AM

I do not feel that i will even make a counter offer on this one
