What is this, repro?

The magazine body is not a repro, it is an original late Swiss. I have no idea about the tool.

More photos of the tool would help. I don't see the oblong cut, which allows purchase on the magazine button.

Search the site here por threads, which will give you clues for distinguishing an authentic tool.

Tool has the Mauser shape and I can see the lip peeping out. You need to get a clear photo of the grind marks on the screwdriver tip.

Magazine body: Swiss, made by Paillard in St. Croix.
Loading tool: Postwar Mauser Parabellum (most likely).

Hi Kai, your tool is a Mauser tool made until 1945 without the acceptance mark. Tools like this were issued to the Potuguese Luger 943. I got hundreds of tools in Norway 25 years ago and a few were like your tool.

Did you compare these late 1942 production Mauser tools with the post war Mauser Parabellum tools? I find it interesting to see that they share a common 'look and feel'.

This can be explained by the fact that Mauser produced both tools and had the drawings available, of course. But it is interesting also to see that the rather dull blueing of these tools appears to match.

Vlim, die Schlüssel vor 45 sind in der Farbe matter als die der Nachkriegszeit (sprich 70ér und 80ér Jahre. Die Klinge ist bei den Nachkriegsschlüsseln länger als die der frühen, die frühen sind abgestuft, die späten nicht. Das Material der frühen Schlüssel wirkt zudem homogener als das der späten. Es gibt im umgebogenen Teil der Nachkriegsschlüssel eine Druckstelle, die es bei Mauser bis 45 nicht gibt. Das alles mag dem, der Schlüssel nicht so intensiv gesammelt hat, wie Böhmische Dörfer vorkommen. Ich habe immerhin rund 11000 Schlüssel gehabt, da sieht man dann schnell, worauf es ankommt.
Im Moment haben wir schlechtes Licht; wenn es besser ist, mach ich mal ein Foto, das die Unterschiede dann zumindest teilweise zeigt.
