Fake Loading Tool?
 

It appears that the gentelman on ebay that attempts to sell some very high priced Luger items that has been discussed on this forum in the past now has some very high priced Luger mag loading tools for sale that includes a Japanese marked tool, if I remember correctly a Luger with the Japanese Chrysanthemum on the chamber has never been authenticated and is thought to be more or less a fantasy model, if so then this tool should also be a fake, would that be a correct assumption?
