New MA gun owner liability insurance proposal
 

A MA State Rep. David Linsky is considering a bill this week that will mandate all MA firearms owners to carry a certain amount of liability insurance to cover any harm done by the firearms they own. Just a tactic to add undue expense which they hope will force legal gun owners to turn them in or get them out of state.
