and the prediction was that today will exceed yesterday.....

Went to a gun show here over the weekend. Prices were outrageous but people were about stomping each other to pay it.

Not feeling good about either side's reaction to this.

I did a transfer today at the LGS aand he said when he called for the background check they said they were real busy.

I picked up a recent handgun buy today; there were 12 people ahead of me at the Pistol Permit Office (it has to be on your permit before you can physically pick it up)...I had to wait an hour...First time there has ever been more than 2 people ahead of me (since 1981)...The gun shop had 6 people milling around, three of us had the fed handgun registration/NICS performed at once... :mad:

There had to be at least 10 more people behind me at the PP Office when I left...One of them was wearing a ID Card/neck cord with the words "Anti-Terrorism Division" on it...I couldn't read the ID card... :rolleyes:
