Mauser HSC and Browning 1922
 

As per someone's request, I looked at the HSC as well. While there, there was also a Browning 1922. Below are pics. Any comments would be greatly appreciated. For those that want to know, the HSC was $300 and the 1922 i believe was $200.

There is a nice Waffennamt mark on the HSC's trigger guard. WaA155?

What do the "L" and "R" marks on the Browning's butt mean?

you don't show a location, so not sure if that is a bad price in Germany or a good price in Oregon?

Hi Edward. Canada. We have different gun laws here. Some better than the USA's, but most worse!!

The 1934 and HSC are considered Prohib pistols, class 12.6. Only a few of us are allowed to own these, because we are "special". Special only because of 2 things: One being that we were old enough at the time to be able to own firearms when this law was passed, and the other being that we were lucky enough to already own a pistol that fell under this new class. So its a dying club. Lugers sadly, fall into this category as well.

As for the pricing, I would say its pretty good for us.

If those were USA prices they would last 2 seconds on the market.

I would jump on both.. without much dickering at all.. but I like the little ones ;)
