I just received Ed and Dwight's book today...

what a massive effort..........great photos, charts, commentary and beautifully printed and bound edition.......thanks guys...

I just received the UPS tracking listing, I think for everybody. A few people will get them today (some in Texas), while the vast majority will receive Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.
