markings on a 1920 Commercial?
 

saw a 1920 Commercial today at a local show.


On the left side pistol was inscribed with the

following:


a double line Diamond about 1/2 in high with the number

4 inside the diamond this was followed by the word

Shulbe (sic) cant remember the exact spelling. Any ideas

on this . Thanks David
