I need information. Is this Luger worth 700 euro? Barrel is replacment( it was artillery Luger?) what is mean PTV. Finish looks original. Thanks.

The eagle/PTV is the test proof of the Polizeischule für Technik und Verkehr which included the Prussian Police Armory. It indicates the PTV converted the pistol from an LP08. Does the pistol have any grip strap markings?
