Questions about loading tool
 

I have a couple of questions about a loading tool. I can't seem to find any references online about loading tools. I believe it is Erfurt but not for sure really how to identify dwm and erfurt tools. Is it Imperial era? Also any info about condition, etc. Any info will be appreciated. Thanks Phil
