Question on a Test Eagle

First its been over one hundred and I really took a good look at the enscriptions on my 1900 Test. How did the do it. Were they all the same? How long did they run? Are the test ones the same as the subsequent. Timeless Beauty!Did any other maker use it? Thanks for you insight!~
