Sharing my latest acquisition
9 Attachment(s)
Greetings,
I don't make enough attempts to share my purchases, but I must share this one. It is a 1941 Mauser Banner police. On page 359 of Don & Joop's new book, they state that the production of the larger 1941 date is approximately 1500 Lugers, making the large date a more desirable sub variation than the smaller date which numbers over 5000. It appears that is one is the larger date version. This Luger is in near new condition. All number are matcing including the grips. The mag is not matched. All the proof marks are correct as well the barrel with no serial number stamp. I don't belive in the term "unfired", but I think this Luger is pretty close. Here are a few pictures. Mike |
