Need help Identifiying Holster and Markings
A friend of mine brought this holster by and asked if I could help ID the emblems and get a value on the holster. Unfortunately the Luger that was in it was sold some time ago. Any help would be appreciated. I have a few other pictures.

It is a luger holster with a period rivet on the rear and after the war added items on the front of the holster.

The center eagle is either an SS or party cap badge and worth some money.
If it is RZM marked and sterling silver the badge itself could be worth upwards of $600-$700 bucks. Maybe more. The two side "Gulls" are Luftwaffe rank pips. Originals are worth about $20-$30 each. The holster itself is minty, albeit in need or repair and worth at least $250 |
Sounds good, Thank you very much for the info. Were would I look for the RZM marking??

You would have to remove the badge from the holster and look in the back. Research "Deaths head" here on the site. We were recently discussing a skull badge similarly placed on a GI bringback holster. One of our members linked to a site that sells these badges. You can get an idea of value there.

Thanks again -- I appreciate your help. It's got my friend so excited that now he's started looking for a Luger to put in it.
