Fake Loading Tool on ebay?

A loading tool is being offered on eBay marked as follows: byf 41. No such tool ever existed, right?

I have a repro loading tool on my key cahain marked BYF 41 that I purchased for less tha $10..mail order last year..

I have one of these, they are inexpensive reproductions. $10.00 at most in value and they work poorly.
