What kind of grips are these?
Hello everybody,
Recently I have find on a flea-market these set of grips. I dont know from wich period they are but have take the risk. Does anybody here know more about this type? Greetings Maarten http://img854.imageshack.us/img854/8739/img9811ck.jpg http://img703.imageshack.us/img703/3696/img9812k.jpg |
Welcome to the forum, Maarten!
These grips are after-market products with no historical value. There has been extensive hand carving on their inside to make them fit. Worth about $20- $35 |
Hmmm, thst is sad. I payd about 75 dollar for them :s

Well, an impulse buy is an impulse buy. Just remember that all original grips are finely checkered and show only machine work, no hand carving on the inside surfaces. Most will have numbers and an acceptance stamp as well. Search this site for more photos and information on grips, so that you become familiar with originals.
