What Magazine is This?

It appears to my untrained eye to be a VOPO? Has a sticker stating "Made In Germany". Has concentric circles on black plastic bottom. No other marks. Please evaluate and comment. I would like to know approximate age, manufacturer, gun it was made for and value.

The sticker may be incorrect, but the magazine is aftermarket, manufactured by Mec-Gar. The best Non-Original magazines for Lugers that are made.
