That "unusual stock/holster is worth about 5 years in Federal prison if you are caught with it and a Luger...it ain't on the ATF exemption letter.

Tom, how come? Is that 'rig' so rare and ususual, or is it one that fell through the cracks? Do you have any information, i.e. background on this carrier?

They "ain't exempt...unless they have been exempted!"


It requires a written request and approval by BATF before anything is exempted! Then it will be listed in their book issued to C&R holders..

There are some new pictures posted of this stock for those who didn't see them. I sure would like to know more about this myself.

Somewhere I have read a write up about this stock or one Z'ackly like it but I am away from my references for a couple of months supporting a client project and am having a senior moment..Dontcha just hate it when that happens!


But I have seen pictures of it or a duplicate somewhere..

Eaby has cancelled this auction. They call the item inappropriate for their listings. Did anyone download those pictures? If you did, please forward them to me as a future reference,many thanx.....

Tom, why couldn't you just register the combination under NFA?
 

Sure it is $200 big ones but doesn't it have to be actually attached to the Luger in order to have committed a crime? or is mere possession of both items considered to be the illegal act?
