Another Borchardt question.
 

In looking at the patent dwg's, I notice there is a 'buffer spring' which looks like a 'J' laying sideways. I notice in every photo I've seen, it appears all Loewe models had a pin just above the springbox. Likewise, it appears none of the DWM versions had that pin. Wondering then if the spring was deleted or just mounted differently? Bill
