Holster Repair needed

Not sure if this is the is where to post about needing to repair a Japanese holster, but perhaps someone here can direct me to a source for repairs. I have a late rubberized type that needs the clamshell lid reattached. Any help greatly appreciated.

Contact Jerry Burney, (Lugerholsterrepair) right here on the site. There is nobody more qualified to work on your Japanese holster.

+1 for Jerry Burney... He is the ONLY source to repair collectible holsters. ...and somebody needs to be his apprentice! People our age don't last forever... get to know him and learn what he knows... that's my advice to you young whippersnappers! :D

Thanks Guys but Geeze John! I was reading this..rolled back in my office chair and almost fell in a 6 ft deep hole! Managed to claw my way out. Some guy was trying to pat me on the back with a shovel. How old do you think I am?

Yes...I have stitched many a T14 holster top back on!

Jerry
I guess it is better to be patted on the back with a shovel than patted on the head with one.

Jerry is the right guy for the job when it comes to leather,he

George
P.S. I know he has done leather for me.

George..Thanks!

Ed..I see you are not experienced..FIRST you pat the guy on the head THEN on the back!
See how trainees can be?

I know how old you are brother! (61) ... two years my junior!

What were we talking about? Who are you? Old is a state of mind...that's what they told me at the Senior center...hah! I have a neighbor that is 96 and is more active than I am..he gives me hope!

Ok, we can settle this with a good Hoveround scooter race, you two!

I agree with what the others have said--when it comes to leather, Jerry's the man!

Last year -- with reference resources provided by fellow board member P.J. Heck -- Jerry replicated a leather boot for an Astra 902 stock for me; and it is a perfect fit and finish. He was sure the right choice for my job.

Thanks again Jerry (and PJ) for the great work!

John

Well It goes without saying, you guys were 100% right about Jerry being the man when it comes to holster repairs. My T14 holster looks as if it was never in any need of fixing. He did a super job! Thanks again Jerry.
