C-96 parts?
Are there any replacement firing pins and magazine springs currently available for the C-96 pistols? These were considered consumable parts to the point that those two parts were carried as spares in the field when the Broomhandles and Bolos were still being used as weapons of war. One would think that there would still be current made repros available, but I'm having trouble coming across any. I've found spring kits with the firing pin spring, main spring and trigger spring in one convenient envelope, but not the magazine spring.
Am I just not looking in the right place? Or, is there an oportunity for someone with the tools and expertise to fill a small niche here? |
E, I have in stock new repro FPs with spring attached @$40 and new repro mag spring @$15 or NOS originals @$20 + $6 priority S&H. TH

Esbloefeld,
If you need any parts, whether it be for a Luger or C96, Tom Heller AKA Luger Doc is the person to contact. Tom has sold me a fair number of parts to support my Lugers and Broomhandles, and I have never been disappointed. Peter |
And Sauer M1913s!

I'll be contacting Mr Heller when I have a chance to get the C-96 to the top of my list. Right now I'm a bit swamped with work and home renovation to really focus on fun, but when I can I'll break down my 'basket case' Broomie and see what all I really need. It's nothing spectacular, just a mis matched 1912 that I'd like to put into 'shooter' condition.
