Limp Wristing???
 

Had my Russian Capture out last weekend and I was getting exceptional accuracy with WWB. Gave my friend a couple of mags to try and he had a bunch of FTFeed with the toggle not closing all the way. I took it back and fired another 3 or 4 perfect mag loads. I've never had a problem, but are Lugers particularly susceptible to limp wristing?

Yup!

Yes they are. The toggle action needs to shove back against a solid wrist in order to function at it's best. No need to strangle the grip, just give it some extra huggin'. No white knuckles.

I didn't know that PPK's can have the same problem until I let a friend shoot mine...
I guess I scared him when I warned him that the slide could bite if he gripped it too high up.

When shooting big bore revolvers you let the gun "roll" in recoil to prevent getting slammed. If you use the same technique for Lugers, they will malfunction.

Limp wristing is a common problem when shooting old Czech M50/M70 pistol in 7,65mm (same principle and design like Walther) and saw it happened few times with Glock 19. Never saw it happened with Czech M75, and saw a thousands of them shoots over years.
