Hello all. I am completely new to this forum, and gun ownership in general. I want to say that at first view, this forum is very well sorted and the information is easy to search through. So cudo's to those in charge!

Anyway, more to the point of my post; My Aunt passed, and I inherited a Luger. The caliber is 7.65 - at least the bullets are id'd as such - and I have found the s/n etc. But what I wanted to know, having read the "PLEASE READ FIRST" post info as far as pictures and information are concerned is would a link to a youtube channel with a video of the weapon, the case it came in, and so on be acceptable as a staring point?

I doubt the weapon is of any significance, though my Uncle did own a pawn shop and was a collector of weapons to some degree.

Welcome to the forum Steve. Sure post up a utube link and give us the tour.

Still pics would also be desirable. Some of us are deployed overseas, some have only dial-up (no broadband), and some are behind corporate firewalls that block YouTube... :(

I would prefer pictures here on the forum first, second preference is in the album and last is anything outside of the forum.

Welcome to the forum, we are more than willing to help, just give us some good info, markings, serial number, etc.
