No Date on DWM Luger

What is the significance of no date of manufacture on the Luger?

See my pictures of the gun on P08 Commercial Lugers, which is what I believe it is, however not even sure of that. #7606 with 06 on toggle.

DWM logo on top, please help

...or it is a very early (pre-1910) military gun.

Military PO8 made in 1908 & 09 will be undated, but will have the military acceptance and proofing on the left side of the receiver, rather than on the right beginning in 1910. TH
