Artillery Holster Original or Repro?

3 Attachment(s)
Here is an artillery holster in rough shape. Best I can tell it is unmarked. Is it a Reproduction?

Thanks!

The Landmark (or lack of here) that I pick-up on when deciding is repros "usually" have a vertical strap on the back side, next to the two loops for securing to the stock board. I guess so that you could also mount the repro on your belt. Yours does NOT have that loop, or look like it ever had one, SO ... . Best Regards !! Joe

The steel snaps are different than those on my holsters, and the closure strap almost looks a little too wide. Is there extra layers of leather sewn into the back?
Definitely not 100% correct but I can't tell if the holster itself is bogus.

It looks to be original but with modifications. Close-up photos of the front closure strap and tool pouch would be helpful.

Clark, Your photo's are thumbnails or some other type I cannot easily enlarge to look at details. The holster looks original but is unusual. Both the tool pouch and the rod sleeve have snaps instead of studs. Are there any markings on it anywhere?

Thanks! I am attempting to get some more pictures. I don't have it in my hands yet.
