PP Luftwaffe contract ?

All...... just bought this PP last weekend from a walk in Dallas.
I'm told that it is a Luftwaffe contract due to the 2 numbered mags WITHOUT the P case letter. And, the Luftwaffe AND the Heer BOTH used Waffenamt proofed PP's. The mystery is the large letter " d " above the serial number. Anyone have an idea ? Let us all share in the info.......

I think he meant "a walk in" as in a guy walks into the show and has the PP to sell.
