Hi, new to forum
Hello gentlemen. New to your forum and pleased to be here. I am for sure a rookie when it comes to Lugers, although I have admired them my entire life. I will, one day, own at least one. First though I need to learn more, lest I make a foolish mistake. Not to mention the fact, I like to learn. :)

Welcome Ezra. Good idea to get the knowledge before the pistol. It's all here!

Heck Exra, don't worry about making foolish mistakes. Part of the initiation process...

Start with a good book or two...nothing like reading for a good student and some knowledge gained by reading will hold you in good stead further down the line. I would start with Jan Still's CENTRAL POWERS. Affordable and jam packed with interesting Luger as well as other stuff. Jerry Burney |

Yes, quite right, this was the direction I was going to head. I believe my primary interest (still early yet you know) lay with the Imperial area. That does not preclude later models (pre-1945) however. Ez |
Welcome to the forum.
A smart and correct decision indeed. |
Let me add my welcome to the Lugerforum. You are so right to educate yourself about this pistol, before you invest a great amount of money...
