Wood Bottom Luger Mag Source.??
Hey Guys....Luger Doc has my Luger now installing a 6" barrel on it......and he told me that when the German gunsmith back in the early 1960s "Refinished" it for me....he not only took off the 1918 date on the top ...but all the markings from the receiver..Military acceptance proofing and serial #....he really did a number on a 23 year old American........but Thor says the numbers and markings can be redone along with the date.....I know....Im putting some $$$ in what is basically a "Good looking shooter"....but i just want to bring the old girl back to life.......anyway....what is a good source for Wood bottom mags....(repros of course.pricewise)...saw Cheaper than Dirt had them...with mixed reviews.......would like to get a couple if possible........again ...everyones help ...comments...and reccomendations are Very Much Appreciated......now looking forward to finding Luger #2.......Best Wishes....Hans Fischer:)

I just sent Gerald an email telling him I lost his street address (I owe him $$$)... We need a sticky with combined street addresses of the various members here who provide services/parts/media... ...Like the one for the Luger Blueprint CDs... :) |
