1916 DWM Sideplate S/N question

I have a 1916 DWM that has a sideplate with no S/N marking on it.

I belive it should have a "04" stamped on it as the S/N of the Luger is 6104.

Am I correct ?

If so, Do I need a side plate made by DWM or will any side plate with "04" on it be correct ?

Would be willing to trade or ?? for a correct side plate.
