I'm Back!

Well, only partially. The surgery went well and apparently I am proceeding very well with physical therapy. Can’t type worth a darn though, must be the medication…good thing there is a backspace key otherwise you wouldn’t be able to read a word of this.

I was up walking the first day and I can pretty much move around the house with ease and no pain (but with a walker:)). Don’t plan on participating much on the forums but wanted to let everyone know I am doing great and really appreciate all good wishes sent my way both on and off the forums.

Thank you and God bless,
Ron

Hi Ron, I'm so glad it went well. Remember, the more blood, toil, sweat and tears you invest in your rehab, the better the outcome. All the best, Norm. P.S. You'll never be able to go through airport security again without a full body pat down!

my best wishes to you and a fast recovery.........

Ron, good to see you back, glad surgery went well. A couple of years ago when I had my shoulder surgery I started experimenting with voice recognition character generators. I've got one which is about 99% correct, you just need to check things like to, too, two and your, you're. I used the software to enter this thread and didn't have to make any changes. I'm dusting the software off because I think I'm going to have my other shoulder operated on to repair the shoulder cuff. This growing old isn't for the faint of heart!
Regards:
Bill

Wow! That titanium brings a whole new meaning to "put the pedal to the metal"!

The surgeon will tell you that the worst is over...

The physical therapist will tell you that the best is yet to come!

Hang in there!

It calle PT for "pain and torture."
Bill
PS: My PT's nick name was the Animal, which was appropriate.

Glad it went well Ron. What do you mean you don't intend to participate in the forums much? You may be on drugs, but your fingers aren't broken! :D Keep at the therapy... remember you are doing research for when it is my turn!
