Hi, and welcome to the forum.
Are you in need of information about your Luger? From what I can see, it is a 1915 in original finish. On top there should be either the ornate letters "DWM" or the name "Erfurt" under a crown. Some better photographs that are more in focus will be needed to tell you much about your gun. Take them out of doors in indirect sunlight and don't use the flash. Marc |
Depending on lots of variables, $1500 to $3000.
Like Marc said, more pictures and detailed description is needed. dju |
Marc.... Erfurt only made artillery models in 1914 so it should be a DWM ...

Looks like damage to rear sight.....cracked and repaired??

Dave, Thanks - I have to hit the books!

I think I can see a "1915" date on your receiver. May we see more pictures, such as a picture from the top side, looking down at the chamber and toggle? What is the serial number and suffix? Do the last two digits of your serial number match the two digit numbers that you see on other places on the pistol? What type of bottom does the magazine have? What number is on that magazine? Have you had the grips off? (Please be careful about taking the left grip off, or you may chip the wood out under the safety lever.) Does the two digit number on the inside of the grips match the last two digits of the serial number? As you can tell, matching numbers are big deal when it comes to value. |
The left side of the forward (Barrel) adjustable Artillery sight appears to be missing...This alone would drop the value to a low shooter price. $900 IMO at best. Again... depending on other variables.
matching numbers are big deal when it comes to value. And the sight base is a matching # Jerry Burney |

Help, Cannot see what part is missing? Bill |
Bill, I could be wrong..The angle of the photo could be misleading me but it appears the ramp below the push in button that raises the sight is gone? A better photo would clear that up.
