3 Attachment(s)
Now that Ralph is gone I taking a look at the 8 lugers I purchased from him. I purchased this navy years ago and of all the lugers I know the least about this one. I understand a book on this subject was supposely being written. Where can I find anything about it?? I was told it was a 1908 sn#2505b

Eric,
Tom Armstrong was writing a book on Navy Lugers. I don't know if anyone is planning on finishing his work. You can find info on your Navy in Jan Still's Central Powers Pistols. |
Thank You, WHAT A WASTE IF NO ONE COMPLETES HIS WORK!
|
I beleive that Tom was collaborating on his book with someone else, but for the life of me can't remember who that was. Leo Lavelle? Does anyone know. How about George Anderson?
|
It would be a shame if his work end up in the shelf.
This would be the nicest way to honor Tom's memory and contributions for the collecting community... Just my humble opinion. Douglas |

I have a 1908 Navy 20XX B and if you find out anything about their history I would appreciate if you would pass that info on to me. Thanks, larry |
