Sad that for the general public in this video, these firearms are as alien as a Star Wars blaster would be for us....

It's a shame that a country imported hundreds of thousands C96s in history nowadays only a few government employees having access to those historical arms, and most people don't know much of this thing. But given the tension of social relationships in China, that policy is supported by majority of people.

That's an interesting video. However, for obvious reasons, I didn't understand a single word. It seems that some of the guns displayed once belonged to important/famous military leaders. Is it correct? Thanks for sharing the link. Douglas |
This museum is the biggest military museum in China, located in Beijing. But the show was in another city, the title was "Famous People and Their Famous Guns". I would assume those guns' former owners were senior communist military and political leaders. 25,000+ people visited the show in the first day.
